Like many great things, we started with beer. We are the team behind Manhattan Project Beer Co, a brewery born from curiosity, creativity, and a relentless drive to make something better. What started in 2010 as a love project, has led to an incredible product, multiple awards, and becoming the #1 local craft brewery in DFW.
With backgrounds in science, design, and production, we built Manhattan Project Beer Co with intention and precision. Now, through The Beverage Department, we bring that same expertise to brands ready to scale. We are here to bring bold ideas to life as exceptional products.
